VILLA AMENITIES
The Retreat is well appointed with every modern convenience including a fully fitted kitchen that includes a bar table and chairs, two ovens, cooktop, fridge freezer, beverage fridge, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal unit, and a wide range of accessories including a coffee machine, toaster, juicers, coffee mugs & teacups, interior and exterior dining/ flatware sets and glasses.
Each bedroom suite includes a king bed, closet and shelving, chairs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, HD TV, Apple TV, Sonos music system with ceiling/wall recessed speakers, Amazon Echo Dot, roller shades with blackout material, telephone, linens and towels, beach towels, bathrobes and a hair dryer.
On the lower level there is a separate:

Outside, The Retreat has a 30ft x 15ft x 5ft deep pool with separate spa, waterfall, and six sun loungers; a BBQ unit and dining terrace with table and chairs for 8 people; a gazebo with seating for 12, a fridge, phone charging points, Sonos music system; exterior Wi-Fi, and parking for up to four cars.
INCLUDED SERVICES
The Retreat rental rate includes a one way transfer from St Kitts airport via private taxi, boat, and private shuttle between the pier at Oualie Beach on Nevis and the villa. Whilst we organise the return transfer, guests are asked to cover the cost of the return leg and should retain in cash $30 USD per person for the Nevis departure tax and shared water taxi, and $75 USD collectively for a taxi transfer to St Kitts airport.
We recognise that the stresses of property maintenance can detract from a restful escape and so we include a once weekly maid service in the rental rate. This can be increased at a guest’s discretion at an additional charge of $50 USD a day (more on public holidays). At this time we do not offer either a daily bed making or turndown service.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
Personalised service is paramount to the island experience we offer. Prior to your stay we can help you secure your choice of restaurant and activity bookings, organise car rental, one-to-one fitness coaching, tennis lessons, a round of golf, yoga classes, and spa treatments at both the nearby Four Seasons resort or at The Retreat.
Arrangements for child care, additional housekeeping services, and private dining services can also be made prior to or during your stay.
CHOOSING THE RETREAT
Comfortably accommodating up to six guests in three, luxurious king suites, guests travelling with children or babies also have the option of utilising an inflatable single mattress and crib which can be set up in any of the rooms.
Due to the multi-level, open-plan nature of The Retreat we advise that the property is not suitable for toddlers unless supervised at all times, and at our guests’ own risk. For the same reason we also advise that The Retreat is wheelchair inaccessible.
The Retreat is a smoke free property, and although guests may smoke outside on the pool deck if they wish, they should take their own ashtray as none are provided.
